Part-Time Receivable Specialist

What you'll do:
As a Part-Time Receivables Specialist you'll be supporting the Bank's Receivable Operation which enables customers to accept electronic and traditional paper-based payments. You will capture remittance information using efficient technology and will transfer information to output files and reporting. You will work with a team of Receivable Processors to expedite collections of payments and the posting of payment information while focusing on delivering a high level of customer service and providing a professional, prompt and accurate banking experience. Your key responsibilities will include data entry, basic quality control, balancing/reconciliation of deposits.
What we are looking for:

• Responsible for supporting the Receivables Supervisor in executing a comprehensive, prompt, and efficient client experience. Supports the daily workflow and ensures a smooth and efficient operation.
• Executes a variety of routine tasks which may include sorting mail, extracting payments and/or correspondence, reviewing payments to ensure accuracy, and scanning deposits using high-speed optical scanners. Ensures strict processing deadlines are met before designated cutoff times.

What you need to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required and one (1) or more years of Branch Banking Operations, Back office receivables operation, or other relevant experience.
• Ability to 10 key by touch and perform alphanumeric data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Good general communication skills

Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $18.36 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
