Requirements:

Active PA License in any state

Masters Degree as a PA

NCCPA Board Certified

Minimum 1 year of experience Post Licensure; Family Medicine, Primary Care, Occupation or Urgent Care

Shift:

Monday - Friday; 7:00a-3:30p On Site

No weekends, overnights, no on-call, no holidays.

**Pay Details:** $99,000.00 to $128,000.00 per year
