NOX GROUP is Hiring a CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR Near Phoenix, AZ

We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager who would be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contracts related to construction projects. This includes pulling together the needed information to send contracts out, managing the negotiating process, and ensuring compliance with Enterprise requirements and company policies, and resolving any contract-related issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Preconstruction and Operations teams to review and prepare contracts including NDA’s, Prime, Subcontracts, Vendor Agreements and Purchase Orders.
  • Support President/SVP/VP in negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to establish favorable contract terms and conditions while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
  • Manage the negotiation process with to ensure timely resolution of open contracts and insurance requirements.
  • Manage contract documentation, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts, as well as maintaining accurate contract records and databases for easy reference and reporting.
  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to execution, ensuring compliance with contract terms, monitoring performance, and managing amendments or renewals as necessary.
  • Identify potential risks associated with contractual agreements and develop strategies to mitigate them, including conducting risk analyses, implementing risk management plans, and advising stakeholders on risk implications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related communications, both internally and externally, and ensure that all parties are kept informed of contract status and any changes that may occur.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date contract documentation, including contract files, change orders and other related documents.
  • Prepare regular reports on contract status including key milestones, KPI’s, risks and issues for management to review.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline contract processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize contract management systems and tools.
  • Communicate contract-related information effectively across the organization, providing guidance, training, and support to internal stakeholders on contract management best practices and procedures.
  • This role may manage other individuals in the contracts department.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
