Position Summary: The Corporate Therapy Billing Specialist will work within a team to review, manage, and process all therapy schedules and quarterly reports. This team will closely work with the Billing and Finance departments to ensure timely processing for both reimbursement and payroll. The responsibility of this role will encompass all site locations.

Tasks:

• Approve/Process therapy schedules in the EMR system
• Review referrals received from the local office through email for accuracy
• Generate and manage Quarterly reports and 8606A throughout the client’s plan year
• Communicate with the contracted therapy company or therapist to ensure accurate scheduling data is submitted
• Create user profiles to ensure prompt dispersement of reports for signature
• Follow up with Quarterly and 8606A submissions to ensure they are completed within a timely manner

• Must be able to read, write and comprehend English; must be able to communicate effectively in English

Experience and Education:

• Must be at least 18 year of age
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1 - 2 years of administrative experience preferred
• Must be able to type 35 wpm with 80% accuracy
• Computer knowledge and experience: must demonstrate competence with office applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have the ability to readily learn agency specific software.
