LifeSpan Home Health—provides in-home, medical, and non-medical, care to the elderly, and disabled; so they can remain safe and comfortable in their home, with their family, and in the community.

The “Electronic Visit Verification “EVV” Coordinator” handles electronic billing for private pay and other pay/funding sources, such as Medicare and Medicaid and well as assists in the entry of payroll information.

The “EVV Coordinator” works as part of a team and will also assist with other office duties as well when help is needed.

Essential Tasks:

• Ensures all billing is done within the time frame set by the corporate office

• Notifies the Program Director of any gaps in service or over-utilization of hours

• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Monitor the timekeeping system to follow up with personal care attendants on any errors

• Assure accurate entry of personal care attendant time between timekeeping system

• Communicate with field offices regarding timekeeping issues

• Work with Payroll department to ensure that personal care attendants are paid correctly based the time entered into the timekeeping system

• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• One (1) to three (3) years of billing or administrative assistant experience preferred

• Must be able to demonstrate competence with computer applications such as MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
