DIS.IN.FX is looking for reliable , resourceful and respectful Garage Porter who can take care of the day to day needs of the building. The individual is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the facility by completing various tasks.

Monday- Friday 5am-9am

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated areas (, windows, removal of trash and ect.)
• Maintain facility by blowing (Leaf Blower) debris away from garage, parking lot, sidewalks, patios, and all entrances.
• Pressure wash entrances, patios, sidewalks, and dumpster area
• Remove Cobweb from entrances, emergency exit stairs and patios.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special requests from clients.
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements and skills

• Minimum of 6 months experience
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• Ability to work shifts and flexible schedule (must be able to work weekend/ evenings)
• Bilingual is a PLUS
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• No weekends

Experience:

• Parking Garage: 1 year (Preferred)
• Janitorial: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
