Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Salon Receptionist to join our team. As a Salon Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth salon experience. Your role will involve assisting with retail sales, all social media and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Duties:

- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome

- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries

- Provide information about salon services, products, and pricing

- Assist with retail sales, including stocking shelves and processing transactions

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Communicate effectively with stylists and other salon staff to ensure smooth operations

- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately

- All Social media

Qualifications:

- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems

- Knowledge of retail math for inventory management

- Previous experience in a salon or customer service role is preferred but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.42 - $11.97 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 20 per week
