MONDAY-FRIDAY 5:00 AM- 2:00 PM
$14.00hr. | FULL BENEFIT PACKAGE
DirectLink Logistics, a leader in the medical logistics supply chain, is looking for a dynamic Lead Driver to join our team at our DURHAM Campus. This pivotal position involves leading, training, and enhancing the productivity of our delivery team, ensuring excellence in our operations.POSITION: LEAD DRIVER
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Location: DURHAM , NC CAMPUS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Train new drivers using our cutting-edge delivery technology.
- Coach existing delivery professionals to achieve top-tier performance.
- Assist in managing daily operations, including clerical, administrative, and physical dock/warehouse tasks.
- Cover routes and handle urgent delivery needs as required.
PRE-HIRE REQUIREMENTS:
- Clean MVR Report & Pass Criminal Background check | no felonies
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a driver’s license minimum of 3 years with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR)**
- 1 year (12 full months) previous delivery experience
- Solid Experience driving 16’& 26’ Box trucks and Sprinter Vans.
- Military, AMAZON, DHL, Fed Ex, UPS & USPS prior experience is a BIG PLUS!!!
- Active DOT card
