Graduation from an accredited physical therapy school with Bachelors or entry-level Master's degree or verification by the APTA of equivalent training in another country.2. Current physical therapy license in State of Illinois3. Three years of relevant clinical experience required, with a minimum of two years progressive responsibility preferred.4. Specialty certification strongly preferred.
