QualificationsRequirements of the Family Nurse Practitioner Graduate of approved School of Nursing: Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio. Specialty certification required; Valid certificate to prescribe Minimum five (5) years clinical experience including two (2) years in area relevant to certification.
