Responsible for administering and preparing annual operating budget, management of department policies and procedures, interview, selection and evaluation of staff along with the supervision/education of staff. All assessment and treatment media, approaches and techniques will be appropriate and specific to population served including general rehabilitation services to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
