Payroll Administrator

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring things run smoothly? Are you a pro at problem-solving and staying on top of deadlines? If so, we want you on our team!

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time, every time.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and reports.

  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee questions regarding their pay.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

  • Collaborate with HR and accounting to maintain accurate employee data and financial records.

You're a great fit if you have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of payroll experience.

  • An Associates degree; a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software.

  • A positive and professional attitude.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Paylocity.
