8 week Hospice RN Contract-Start ASAP
Hospice RN Case Manager.
**Must have at least 12 months of hospice experience within the past 12 months.
HCHB experience is preferred.
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
There is a census of 25 patients. The RN would case manage all patients with the assistance of PRN RN's that work 2x per week.
Area of coverage covers Bell, Milam, Coryell, Lampasas, and San Saba counties.
