13 week Hospice RN Contract:
$2050-$2150/wk guaranteed plus $.42 mile for patient travel
RECENT Experience in Hospice within last 3 years preferred.
-Hospice experience required.
-HCHB and PointCare experience required.On Call schedule is rotation:
-Hospice experience required.
-HCHB and PointCare experience required.On Call schedule is rotation:
3 weeknights 5p-8a (week 1) & 2 full 24 hour weekend days (week 2)
Area of coverage is Plover program in Central WI
