6 week Hospice RN Contract:
$2000-$2100/wk guaranteed plus $.42 mile for patient travel
Hospice RN
**Must have at least 12 months of hospice in home settings experience within the past 3 years.
HCHB experience is preferred.
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Potential need for back-up on call.
Coverage area is Kokomo and 60 mile radius.
