Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Back up oncall 2-3x month-not typically getting called out
Caseload approx 15 patients
4-5 visits per day
$2000-$2100/wk guaranteed
plus $.42 mile for patient travel, plus extra $$ for any oncall
