13 Week Contract-Hospice RN-START ASAP
Guaranteed based on Experience ($2150-$2300 per week)
REQUIRED- MUST KNOW Homecare Homebase (HCHB) charting
$0.45 cents per mile for patient-to-patient travel
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care based on standards of care. The RN/Staff delegates to professional and non-professional personnel involved in the delivery of patient care.
2 years as an RN; 1 year in Hospice required. Must have BLS, Current TB and valid nursing license.
