Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bindery Operator to join our team. As a Bindery Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining bindery equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, and collators
- Follow job specifications to ensure accurate and precise finishing of printed materials
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on bindery equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet customer requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
