Accountabilities:

• Make use of your acute physical and psychosocial abilities to do thorough assessments, work with clients and their families or caregivers to identify current or potential nursing/clinical difficulties, and document results.
• Apply critical thinking when implementing the nursing process. Within 24 hours of admission, start and construct detailed, personalized nursing care plans. Follow through with discharge planning.
• Create patient-centered objectives in cooperation with patients, families, and the rehabilitation team, promoting socializing, wellness practices, and the highest level of independence for patients who are disabled or chronic conditions.
• Acknowledge and record minor alterations in patients' conditions, carry out the necessary nursing interventions, and act on your own when an emergency arises, providing support to the medical team.
• Accurately and promptly complete documentation, assess treatment results, make necessary revisions to care plans, and efficiently coordinate patient care activities during assigned shifts.
• Maintaining professional communication skills, provide drugs and treatments as directed, assess patient responses, and foresee adverse reactions.
• Create and carry out nursing care plans using evidence-based practice guidelines and scientific theory, keeping up to date on skills and imparting new knowledge as appropriate.
• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork, recognize and address educational gaps, assist with new hire orientation, and uphold standards of professionalism in your work.

• Observe regulations and procedures, take part in weekend and on-call rotations, and promotea favourable perception of the company and actively participate in initiatives to enhance performance.Qualifications:

• Licensed in the State of Florida as a registered nurse.
• An associate's, bachelor's, or master's degree from a nursing program that has been accredited.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory, along with a dedication to upholding necessary certifications and ongoing education.
