RN for Home Health NO ON CALL OASIS Nurse (full-time) opportunity available in home health agency. RN will be responsible for Start of Care, Resumption of Care, and Discharge OASIS visits for Home Health patients. Applicants must be a RN with a current license in the state of TX and have a minimum of 1 year experience as an RN in the clinical setting. There is NO ON CALL with this position. Work hours are Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm. Experience in home health care OASIS data set is highly preferred. Top salary paid for an RN with home health experience.
