Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with clients. Leads are Provided!!!!

Our office is located in Chesapeake VA but we are looking for individuals that want to sell throughout all of Hampton Roads and the 7 cities!

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify and reach out to new potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results
- Stay current on industry trends to identify opportunities for growth

Skills:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong sales skills with a focus on account management and business development
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively
- Experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or technical sales
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Benefits

Uncapped commission only - paid weekly

Average commission payout is $450 per package, with an average of 8 installs per month

Additional sales bonuses range from $750-$2500 per month

Top performers earn a range of $70,000-$125,000
