Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated School Counselor to join our team. The School Counselor will play a crucial role in supporting the academic and personal development of students. Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with students to address academic, social, and emotional concerns
- Provide crisis intervention and support to students in need
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive environment for students
- Assist students in developing academic and career goals through academic advising
- Implement behavior management strategies to support student success
- Monitor student progress and provide interventions as needed
- Stay informed about child welfare and child protective services regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Counseling or related field
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting
- Proficiency in conducting individual and group counseling sessions
