Saint Teresa School is seeking a passionate, dynamic and enthusiastic middle school science teacher dedicated to fostering a strong Catholic identity in students to join our team. A strong candidate will develop and implement engaging lesson plans that are aligned with Next Generation Science Standards and the Catholic faith; foster a strong Catholic identity through science education, emphasizing the wonder and beauty of Gods creation, use a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles, maintain a positive and inclusive classroom, provide timely feedback to students, communicate with families, collaborate with colleagues to integrate science with other subject areas and school wide initiatives.The candidate must have a bachelors degree in science, teacher certification and/or experience. Experience in a Catholic school preferable, strong interpersonal skills, proficient in technology, and excellent classroom management.
