St. Joseph School in Garrett is seeking an energetic, passionate, faith filled 5th-grade teacher for part of the day and interventionist for the other part of the day for the 2024-25 school year.

Teachers at St. Joseph School help students to grow academically, spiritually, and socially. Our four pillars are faith, respect, knowledge, and service.

This position has the opportunity to guide our leaders of the school. We have small class sizes and look to our fifth grade to be a great example for our younger students.

Some of the ideal qualifications we are seeking :

• Faith-filled and able to share their love of the faith with the students.
• Hold a current Indiana Teaching License, and be certified in Elementary Education.
• Approaches classroom management in a kind, loving, consistent, and guiding style.
• Ability to self reflect and use data to drive instruction
• Reliable and professional
• Differentiates lessons
• Communicates with families on a regular basis
