Executive Administrative Assistant

Position Overview

Full time position with the Diocesan Housing Service Corporation entry level grounds keeper/ maintenance technician.

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Ability to operate all necessary hand tools to facilitate grounds keeping
Ability to kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, etc. to reach items for repairs
Ability to utilize mobile phone for web based software
Knowledge of basic custodial and grounds keeping skills
Must be able and willing to work outdoors in inclement weather
Ability to lift and move from 50 to 100 lbs.
Must have valid driver’s license in good standing, dependable personal vehicle and valid insurance.
Must have the ability to work with Senior Citizens, low-income families, and disabled population.
Must be willing to travel between sites as required.
Must be willing to accept training related to maintenance operations, Fair Housing laws, REAC inspections, and other as requested.
