St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School and St. William of York Catholic School are seeking a shared Full-Time School Student Support Counselor for the 2024-25 school year. The candidate must be a practicing Catholic and have an earned Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or equivalent degree program, and be Licensed/Certified in Virginia in their respected degree or related field or agree to acquire said license/certification within 3 years from date of hire. 

The School Student Support Counselor provides counseling in one-to-one, small group, or whole group settings, addressing needs that might be personal, social, and/or academic. The School Counselor works with the administration, faculty, staff and parents to acquire necessary knowledge and insights regarding the behavioral characteristics and educational needs of students.
