We are seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join our team of cashiers. The position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to properly operate POS systems to effectively complete cashiering transactions. A successful candidate will have experience in customer service and retail environments.

Responsibilities:

• Scan items, determine price and record transactions.
• Check the price of an item, inform customers if price is inaccurate, and receive payment.
• Communicate with customers about business policies.
• Help customers find products.
• Complete daily checklists

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that caters to various guest needs. **Duties:** - Provide exceptional guest services in a friendly and professional manner - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned area - Assist with food service operations as needed - Ensure the safety of guests, especially children, by adhering to all safety protocols - Perform theater or entertainment-related duties as required - Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly and courteously **Qualifications:** - Prior experience in a resort, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred - Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively - Experience working with children is a plus - Knowledge of cash handling procedures - Ability to provide excellent guest services with a positive attitude - Lifeguard certification is desirable but not mandatory This position offers the opportunity to work in a diverse and engaging environment where you can utilize your customer service skills and passion for hospitality.
