Duties:

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Sweep or scrub floors.
- Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed.

Skills:

- Customer service: Ability to provide friendly and efficient service to guests.
- Food industry knowledge: Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
- Restaurant experience: Previous experience working in a restaurant setting is preferred.
- Helpfulness: Willingness to assist coworkers and take on additional tasks as needed.
- Food service skills: Ability to handle food and beverages safely and efficiently.
- Hospitality mindset: Understanding the importance of creating a positive dining experience for guests.
- Cleaning skills: Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Catering experience: Familiarity with catering operations is a plus.
- Bussing skills: Ability to clear tables quickly and efficiently while maintaining a clean dining area.
- Communication skills: Effective communication with coworkers and supervisors.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
