What You'll Do

Our Product Trainers deliver industry-leading training and education of Doosan Heavy products and accessories to our dealer Sales Specialists in individual or group settings. Additionally, you will develop training content and serve as the lead for one or more training programs.

Additional responsibilities and opportunities include:

• Conduct Bootcamps, Customer Experiences, Dealer call-ins, and dealer-direct training events.
• Develop Doosan University content.
• Attend strategic trade shows to review new competitive equipment and strategies.
• Develop comprehensive and competitive publications and presentations.
• Support other projects within and across teams throughout the organization as needed.
• Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned to best support the team and company initiatives.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in applicable field
• Successful candidates should have a background and aptitude in a similar industry with up to 2 years of related experience.
• This is an opportunity to showcase your ability to work independently and lead Doosan training programs.
• You have strong technical, communication, and people skills.
• With your team/results-oriented focus, you can develop competitive online and in-person training content.
• You're comfortable speaking in front of groups ranging from 5-100 people.
• Feedback from dealer staff is something that you are experienced and familiar with as well as knowing how to engage the conversation constructively.
• You like to travel as needed for your role.
