Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager/GM to join our team. As a Sales Manager/GM, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and driving revenue growth. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of associates to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and assistance
- Software Updates, Activations, and invoicing
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team
- Collaborate with team members to develop initiatives to better server account base
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Automotive Tuning Industry sales or sales management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with current customer base
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and motivate others towards achieving goals
- Proficient in time management and prioritization
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English
- Automotive background and ECU mapping
