Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Server/Cashier to join our team. As a Server/Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring smooth operations in our restaurant. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Greet customers and assist with seating arrangements

- Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations

- Enter orders accurately into the Aloha POS system

- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner

- Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next customer

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

- Familiarity with POS system.

- Basic knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is beneficial

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

-Bilingual is a plus.

Pay: base plus tip. Training period is 8/hr.
