• Perform grooming services with exceptional skill and care for dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Deliver high-quality cuts, trims, and styling that aligns with each dog's specific needs and meets the owner's preferences
• Conduct thorough consultations with pet owners to understand their vision and desires for their dog's grooming session
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all pets in our care by adhering to best practices and maintaining a clean and hygienic grooming environment
• Demonstrate patience and compassion, particularly when working with anxious or special-needs dogs
• Stay updated with the latest grooming techniques and trends to consistently deliver exceptional results
• Maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues to establish positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional grooming experience, showcasing expertise across different breeds and styles
• Preference given to candidates with certification or a diploma from an accredited grooming program, although equivalent experience will also be considered
• Genuine love for dogs and a passion for enhancing their well-being through exceptional grooming
• Exceptional hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and mastery of various grooming techniques
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly with clients
• Aptitude for working independently and efficiently, even in a fast-paced environment
• Drama-free attitude, positive demeanor, and the ability to work harmoniously within a team
