WAREHOUSE SOLUTIONS SALES SPECIALIST
Warehouse Solutions Sales Specialist
Liftrucks Etc., a division of Dillon Toyota Lift, has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Solutions Sales Specialist in our Northern Utah territory, encompassing Davis County to the Utah/Idaho border. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter that can prioritize and maximize opportunities for driving appropriate levels of support and resources to identify solutions to the customer’s design needs and issues. Must demonstrate and apply technical knowledge and business acumen to confidently identify, select, source, win and support new business opportunities. This position reports to the Warehouse Solutions Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Sell warehouse solutions products to new and existing customers
  • Work with design/management team to determine the best products for the customer ensuring a seamless approach to excellent customer service and managing customers’ expectations.
  • Prospecting – cold calling to establish a network of customers in the assigned territory.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, vendors and suppliers.
  • Quote entry, processing, and follow-up.
  • Participate in customer site visits to survey and obtain all necessary information to design and quote jobs.
  • Work with vendors to determine the best solutions for the customers.
  • Ability to use material specifications and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
  • Proactively plan for and quickly adjust resources to changing customer demands.
  • Proactively support interdepartmental strategies through coordinated planning, collaboration, and resource sharing.
  • Provide recommendations for productivity improvement, cost reduction and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay apprised of the latest developments in design technologies and techniques to educate customers on ways to maximize their space.
  • Cultivate strong internal and external customer focus by promoting the Company’s vision, culture, and values.
  • Reach personal and company goals while providing backup through call and forecast reports.
Qualifications:
  • Sales experience required with at least 2 years professional sales experience
  • Self-driven and goal oriented
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Or any combination of education and experience that is necessary to perform essential duties.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check/drug screen test.
  • Knowledge of material handling, specifically the warehouse solutions industry a plus.
  • May require occasional travel outside of the local area and overnight stay.
