Dillon Toyota Lift has an immediate opening for a Intralogistics Solutions Manager in our Nampa, ID location. We are experts in the material handling industry and the only Authorized Toyota Forklift Dealer in southern Idaho and Utah. This position oversees our sales, service, and installation of warehouse racking. We offer the best and hire the best! We look forward to having you join our team!
The ideal Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Warehouse Racking Solutions division, including business operations, marketing, sales, business development, customer relations, and engineering. This position provides leadership to the Warehouse Solutions team and oversees the entire business unit. Must demonstrate effective planning, delegating, staffing, and decision-making to ensure the profitability and efficiency of the department. The Manager collaborates with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing by developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the Company’s business objectives for continued growth and overall sustainability of the Warehouse Solutions division.
This position reports to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the Warehouse Racking Solutions Division.
  • Generate revenue, control budgets, and optimize expenses.
  • Collaborate with Executive management in strategic planning and in establishing departmental budget and business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance and profitability, understand the market needs and demands.
  • Regularly report key financial and operational results to Executive management.
  • Coordinate project management and engineering functions to ensure a seamless approach to excellent customer service and managing customers’ expectations.
  • Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
  • Participate in key or targeted customer activities or business development opportunities.
  • Prioritize, establish, and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Proactively plan for and quickly adjust resources to changing customer demands.
  • Proactively support interdepartmental strategies through coordinated planning, collaboration, and resource sharing.
  • Cultivate strong internal and external customer focus by promoting the Company’s vision, culture, and values.
  • Accountable for ongoing employee development, provide necessary coaching and training to ensure employees are motivated and productive in their job duties.
  • Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
Supervisory Responsibility:
  • This position supervises employees. To carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Required Education and Experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in an operations leadership role, with direct P&L responsibility, price structuring and job costing experience, and/or demonstrated success in the industry.
  • Or any combination of education and experience that is necessary to perform essential duties.
  • Knowledge of material handling industry a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check/drug screen test. May require occasional travel outside the local area and overnight stays.
