Purpose of Role – Counter Sales, jobsite delivery, and branch support as needed.
Primary Duties:

• Conducts customer deliveries when needed.
• Helps branch restock and order fulfillment by assisting with inventory check-in, stock, sorting, and shipping functions.
• Assisting walk-in customers with sales at store counter.
• Assist Outside sales team via supporting sales related requests.
• Helps branch restock and order fulfillment by assisting with inventory check-in, stock, sorting, and shipping functions.
• Promoting the Dillon Supply Brand of superior customer service via always presenting yourself in a professional manner, positive customer interactions that support Dillon’s mission statement.
• Assisting Branch Manager with branch daily sales operations (counter, inside, showroom functions).
• Continuously seeks training and product knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities, and attending Dillon training sessions when available.
• Responsible for showroom appearance - keep showroom clean and organized.
• Participate in cycle counts.
• Promote upcoming events.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with Clean Record
• Excellent time management skills, and ability to adhere to a fluid daily schedule
• Great verbal communication skills and great customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Some Experience in high paced retail environment preferred
• Experience in customer service environment preferred
• Willingness to learn
