Ladies shoes starts with a base pay of $16 an hour with opportunities to commission. Annually it’s anywhere from 33k-45k on average for a full time associate.

Employee responsibilities include:

-Meeting SPH (sales per hour) goals by selling merchandise.

-Build relationships with 5-star service.

-Process register transactions.

-Put up new stock and re-merchandise accordingly.

-Open credit cards for new customers welcoming them to the Dillard's Family.

Must have open availability and required to work the weekends.
