As a Visual Manager, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and layouts that enhance the overall aesthetic of our store. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to attract customers and increase sales - Create eye-catching displays that highlight our products and tell a story - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all visual elements - Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess visual presentation and make necessary adjustments - Manage inventory control of visual props, fixtures, and materials - Stay up-to-date with current design trends and incorporate them into displays - Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising techniques - Ensure compliance with company standards for visual presentation and safety Requirements: - Proven experience as a Visual Manager or similar role - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Knowledge of interior design principles and techniques - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Multilingual skills are a plus We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our employees.
