Dillard's Northeast mall is a growing leader in addiction treatment services. We provide care across the nation touching the lives of more than 30,000 patients daily.
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our organization selling our services to new patients every day. You will be ensuring that patients are provided a quality experience by answering their questions and questions regarding our program.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• COVID –19 Vaccination approved exemption status

Responsibilities:

• Travel in proximity to the location location via air or land. (25% of the time)
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• In-person interviews at the location where the applicant will be working.
• Performing physical sales interviews at the location where the applicant will be working.
• Obtain patient’s primary contact information (PQI).
• Prepare the interview for review by Medical Director and Clinical Supervisor.
• Complete application and other tasks as needed during interview.
• Communicate with patients about availability, payment plans, and referral opportunities.
• Effective communication skills in communication via email, phone, and video.
• Schedule patient appointments and keep patients informed about scheduling changes and other important information.
• Complete other sales tasks as needed during interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
