We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, offering beauty advice, driving business through events and promoting our range of cosmetic products. Duties:
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Demonstrate and promote cosmetic products through product demos and application techniques.
- Assist clients in selecting the right skincare, makeup, and beauty products based on their preferences and skin type.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage clientele platforms to engage with clients, promote products, and share beauty tips.
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling procedures.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in cosmetic retail sales or customer service is required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of beauty cosmetics sales and retail math calculations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
