We have an opening in our accessories department for a part time associate. This position will normally include around 30 hours per week, though this may flex as low as 24 or as high as 40 during high volume periods. Part time associates in the accessories department will rotate areas throughout the department, including jewelry, handbags, accessories, watches, and sunglasses. This position includes daily and hourly sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals by providing exceptional customer service assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers

- Develop and maintain an active clientele list, using clientele list to generate sales via appointments
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with inventory management, backstock, and restocking of merchandise

-Assist with processes, such as opening shipment, merchandising, and completing markdowns
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals for special events

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer inquiries and issues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone etiquette
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively promote products and services
- Proficiency in operating a cash register or POS system
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs
