Our Cosmetics Manager works directly with the cosmetic team to determine what changes are needed in each individual's product line. This includes daily interactions with the client base, both in person and via phone, email and fax. The Cosmetics Manager will also be responsible for assessing each client's ability to meet their own needs while allowing the company to profit from the partnership. In addition, the Cosmetics Manager will work closely with the Personal Development Department in order to develop new products based on consumer demands and demographic trends.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute store's cosmetic promotion.
• Build a sense of community among store employees.
• Manage employees.
• Ensure that store is properly maintained and organized.
• Decide what products to sell and where to stock them.
• Manage inventory levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
