We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Cosmetic Counter Manager to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, offering beauty advice, driving business through events and promoting our range of cosmetic products. Counter Manager
Dillard's is a striving business with a long-term vision. The Counter Manager will be required to grow the sales and service of a specific brand, by increasing personal productivity and the productivity of the Beauty Advisors assigned to the area. The Counter Manager will work and sell side by side with the beauty stylists, while modeling, teaching, and coaching the Beauty behaviors that lead to increased sales and service indicators.
