We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This candidate absolutely must have a proven history of success with longevity in a Company as either a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Mobility is a must within the area of the Texas Panhandle, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Southern regions of Missouri and Southern Kansas and is expected to promote to any of these areas within our district when the opportunity arrises. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of sales and store operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion retail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, sales and profitability of our store.

- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided by all staff members

- Train, supervise, and motivate store employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure proper stock levels are maintained

- Assist in visual merchandising and ensuring the store is clean and organized at all times

- Conduct interviews and assist in the recruitment process for new team members

- Assist in creating employee schedules and keeping our store properly staffed to the plan hours

- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Sales Manager Team to develop and implement store events, outsourcings, and sales strategies to drive revenue

- Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses to ensure profitability

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results

- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers

- Knowledge of store management best practices

- Familiarity with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes
