Dillard's, Inc. is looking for a full-time sales associate to join our team in our Columbia, MO location. Dillard’s has been in business since 1938 and is a family owned business. We are looking for someone that is reliable, punctual, and has a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter and provide excellent customer service
• Complete sales transactions in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, neat and professional store
• Assist customers with their orders and assist them with questions about our products
• Provide feedback to management on any issues or problems that arise
• Answer customer questions about specific products and inform the customer further.

Required Skills:

• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when needed
• Previous retail sales experience is a plus but not required
• Professional appearance and attitude
