Hello humankindness Dignity Health Medical Group is the employed physician group of Dignity Health Arizona. Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 200 providers and 500 support staff that cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 subspecialty services. The physicians provide clinical services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal academic research and leadership roles.DHMG is also heavily involved in preparing tomorrows healthcare providers. DHMG has 84 medical school students and approximately 200 residents and fellows throughout the 25 academic programs. ResponsibilitiesSUMMARY - Coordinates, supervises and implements patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and evidence-based practice. Practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards, Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description. Input, extract, and evaluate data for meaningful use and patient centered medical home. Responsible for direct patient care, to include rooming, obtaining vitals, patient assessment & education, and discharge planning.
QualificationsMINIMUM
Associate's Degree
Greater than one year of RN experience
AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State
American Heart Association CPR BLS
Communication, Team building, Clinical competency pursuant to department requirements
PREFERRED
BSN
Greater than two years of outpatient/ambulatory facility experience
Bi-lingual
Proficient with MS Office programs
