Dignity Health Management Services is Hiring a Remote Manager Clinical Analytics

Overview

The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric full-service management service organization structure. Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Manager of Clinical Analytics leads the Population Health Services Organization (PHSO) analytics team. As a key member of the organization, the Manager of Clinical Analytics will play a pivotal role in driving data driven decisions, optimization and automation of business processes, data governance, and providing insights. This role requires a strong background in analytics, excellent leadership, advanced analytics, and knowledge of value based care.

Responsibilities may include:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance analytics operations, team’s performance, skill development, and overall productivity.- Establish and enforce data quality standards, working collaboratively with data owners and stakeholders.- Implement data profiling and monitoring processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.- Develop and deliver training programs on data governance principles and practices.- Foster awareness and understanding of the importance of data governance across the organization.- Implement reporting systems that provide timely and relevant information to stakeholders.- Ensure the creation of visually compelling dashboards and reports for different levels of the organization.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of the analytics function. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics.- Collaborate with business units, IT, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and promote a data-driven culture. Facilitate communication and collaboration between data owners and data users.- Provide support to PHSO leadership with additional duties related to electronic health records, application support, HIPAA security, and requirements not otherwise covered in the job description.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- Minimum 3- 5 years experience in healthcare including EMR and healthcare performance metrics. Previous leadership or management experience; this includes overseeing a team of analysts, data scientists, or other relevant roles. Experience in managing analytics projects within healthcare settings, including the ability to coordinate efforts across interdisciplinary teams.- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Management, Health Informatics, Public Health.- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, or other analytics software. - Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance, including knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant data protection and security standards. - Strong communication skills to effectively convey analytical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree (MHA, MPH, MBA, MS) or higher in a field related to healthcare analytics, or data science is preferred.
