Our growing and highly successful life insurance agency is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team to manage the recruiting functions of the DigitalBGA brokerage and the Luminary Life call center divisions with a growth rate of 15-20 employees added per month for the foreseeable future.
The core recruitment efforts will be filling our inside sales teams for our inbound call centers in Austin, TX and Charlotte, NC. You’ll also recruit to our administrative and customer service hiring needs as we grow.
You’ll have your own private office in a beautifully renovated office space in North Austin.
We have a fun, positive, supportive, performance-driven (meritocracy) culture and are looking to add like-minded contributors.
The ideal candidate will be highly adept at organization, communication, and leveraging technology.

You’ll play a pivotal role in building out the team for a brand new, 17,000 square foot office that will eventually have 100 sales and customer service representatives in the coming years.
