DigitalBGA is Hiring a Recruiting Coordinator Near Austin, TX

Our growing and highly successful life insurance agency is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team to manage the recruiting functions of the DigitalBGA brokerage and the Luminary Life call center divisions with a growth rate of 15-20 employees added per month for the foreseeable future. 

The core recruitment efforts will be filling our inside sales teams for our inbound call centers in Austin, TX and Charlotte, NC. You’ll also recruit to our administrative and customer service hiring needs as we grow.

You’ll have your own private office in a beautifully renovated office space in North Austin.

The ideal candidate will be highly adept at organization, communication, and leveraging technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting initial phone interviews to scheduling in-person interviews with qualified candidates and facilitating candidate evaluations.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and support.
  • Schedule and conduct initial phone interviews before inviting candidates in to interview with a hiring manager. 
  • Perform background checks through our systems to further verify and evaluate potential hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and assist in developing job descriptions of new roles that open up.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Confidence in working the phones to reach out to qualified candidates who apply to work with us.
  • Tech-savvy. You’re able to learn and navigate the software systems we use.
  • Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for driving recruitment success.

You’ll play a pivotal role in building out the team for a brand new, 17,000 square foot office that will eventually have 100 sales and customer service representatives in the coming years.
