Digital Voices is Hiring a Remote Spanish-Speaking Campaign Coordinator (US-based)

About Us:

Digital Voices is a global award-winning Influencer Marketing agency, launched in 2017. Since then, we have rapidly scaled, launching offices in the US and UK with about 80 people on the team. We have run campaigns in 36 countries, with incredible clients including Unilever, Adobe, Duolingo. Colgate, DoorDash and many more.

We are a team of innovative thinkers who want to lead and shape the future of the Creator Economy.

The Role:

We are looking for someone who will work to source, outreach and negotiate with creators, to produce the best branded content, and work with a variety of creators each month. The role will also involve building long-term partnerships with creators and assessing current partners to drive ROI, in order to scale the campaign and accelerate growth for the client.

We are looking for someone who can work on Eastern Standard Time. The position is completely remote, however, you must be permanently based in the US. 

Salary: $45,000 - 55,000 base salary per annum. 
The Role Responsibilities:

  • Fully experience and engage with the influencer marketing world.

  • Source and reach out to appropriate creators tailored to each campaign.

  • Communicate with content creators.

  • Track and monitor campaign costs and results.

  • Submit content for approval and share feedback to YouTube creators, ensuring they meet campaign requirements and confirm content publication dates.

  • Work with Campaign Managers to ensure the campaign is running smoothly.

  • Manage production and campaign administration e.g. invoices, contracts etc.

  • Fully engage in the company culture and think about the future of Digital Voices.

The Must-Haves:

  • Fluent in Spanish

  • Passionate about influencer marketing and YouTube and able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience in this area.

  • A strong understanding of the Creator Economy and influencer campaigns.

  • Strong email etiquette

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Impressive organisational skills

  • Confidence to work independently on a fast-paced campaign.

  • Interpersonal skills - you’ll need to have the ability to empathise with creators, especially during stressful times.

  • Confident with key Google Drive softwares.

  • A reactive and analytical mind, who is confident to suggest considered improvements to processes.

The Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience working within PR/gifting/ambassador programs.

  • Strong experience with influencer contracts

  • Previous industry experience in a digital marketing agency environment is desirable but not essential.
