Digital Reach Agency is a full-service digital marketing agency focused on becoming the best B2B SaaS & Tech provider. We’re looking for a senior developer strategist with experience working in a digital marketing agency environment, to join our web development team.

The web development department has 3 main functions at Digital Reach Agency:

1. Building websites
2. Maintaining and scaling websites
3. Supporting other Digital Reach Agency departments with technical implementations.

As a Senior Developer Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction of our projects and ensuring alignment with overarching client and department goals. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders, to architect solutions that are both innovative and scalable.

Position Compensation: $100k - 125k

Senior Developer Strategists Responsibilities:

• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with account managers, project managers and clients to gather requirements and ensure alignment between technical solutions and project requirements.
• Strategic Planning: Craft implementation strategies and ensure alignment between stakeholders and the web development team.
• Mentorship and Coaching:
• Review and Feedback: Review development team member’s work and provide constructive feedback to ensure development strategies are correctly implemented.
• Risk Management: Identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: Champion quality standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with internal team members and manage the QA process. Review code, staged work and deployed work to ensure client expectations are satisfied.
• Deployments and Environment Management: Construct and manage hosting environments. Complete backups, restorations and deployments.

Requirements:

• 8 years of web development experience.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-performance website solutions.
• Experience with WordPress and other popular CMS
• Experience with PHP, JS, React, JQuery, CSS, SASS, AJAX, HTML, Git, WAMP / MAMP and other web development related tools / technologies.
• Experience reading third party documentation and developing using third party integrations (API)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Experience implementing conversion tracking inside of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
