Albany International Corp. is looking for a full-time Treasury Temp. The Treasury Temp supports treasury

practices and objectives in a high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity and

standards, goal attainment, ethics and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

Additionally, the Temp will have special initiatives to assist in improving company performance. These initiatives

will be established at the beginning of the internship and updated and reviewed periodically throughout the year.

The Treasury Temp position reports to the Assistant Treasurer and has the following responsibilities:

 Oversee daily cash activities and monitor multi-entity, multi-country cash balances, transactions and forecasts

 Work with various banking platforms to assign proper entitlements to employees and process wire

transactions.

 Use SAP and Microsoft Excel to maintain debt principal and interest schedules, and track related expenses.

 Tracking of fx and interest rate hedging contracts and letters of credit, including monthly and periodic invoice

submission to accounts payable, calculation of mark-to-market valuations and journal entry submission to

accounting.

 Assist in evaluating compliance with the Company’s treasury policies and SOX internal controls.

 Check log maintenance, research and vendor/customer follow-up.

 Researching and monitoring of cash flow forecast impacts.

 Bank KYC information gathering.

 Validation of vendor master data (checking payment method, reviewing IBANs, routings, etc.).

 Documentation of key treasury procedures.

 Archiving of treasury documents.

 Submission of treasury related vendor invoices to AP.

 Accumulation and submission of quarterly treasury control documents.

 Assistance with periodic audits.

 Ad hoc treasury report preparation, information gathering and research.

 Provide ad hoc assistance, analysis and reporting as required by management.

Education, Experience and Skill Set

 Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, and 4 – 5 years of finance experience in a corporate or commercial

banking environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

 Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

 Strong sense of commitment to meeting deadlines and attention to details.

 High level of integrity, initiative and motivation.

 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on strong Excel capabilities.

 Experience with SAP or similar ERP system (in SAP a plus).

 Experience in FXAll a plus

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
